John J. Moroney, President, and founder of Landmark Financial Corporation has over 25 years of experience in both the funding and operational management of life science companies,beginning with the formation and funding of research limited partnerships for the generic drug industry in 1979. In 1983,Mr. Moroney founded Landmark to provide corporate finance advisory services to emerging life science companies,in particular,the nascent generic drug industry.Early clients included Sidmak Laboratories,Inc.(now Pliva d.d.,LSE:PLVD) Hi-Tech Pharmacals Co.,Inc.(NSDQ:HITK) Copley Pharmaceuticals,(now NSDQ:TEVA) and Par Pharmaceuticals, (NYSE:PRX). Mr.Moroney was an investor, served as a director and managed Copley's private placement of equity and the subsequent sale of that interest to TA Associates.

Between 1985 and 1991 Landmark operated under an exclusive arrangement with Ladenburg,Thalmann & Co., one of the oldest investment banks in New York, whereby Landmark functioned as Ladenburg's principal Life Sciences Group, with Mr Moroney serving as Managing Director. During this period Landmark served as investment banker for many noted life science companies in a variety of key deals, and developed a unique service niche specializing in assisting foreign clients to become established in the United States and developing various strategies for US market penetration.Landmark implemented a very successful strategy of cross border merger and acquisitions and cross border licencing and joint ventures for it's clients.Landmark's accomplishments during this period include F.Faulding & Co., Ltd.'s (Australia's largest pharmaceutical company) acquistion of Solvay's Purepac division,Elan Coporation,plc.,(NYSE:ELN) strategic initial investment/joint venture with Dura pharmaceuticals (Elan subsequently acquired Dura) and the initial public offerings of both Par Pharmaceutical Companies (NYSE:PRX) and Physican Computer Network,Inc. (now WebMD,NSDQ:HLTH).In addition Landmark was retained to restructure Carrington Laboratories,Inc. (AMEX:CARN) and Harvard Appartus,Inc.(now Harvard Bioscience,Inc.(NSDQ: HBIO).

In 1991,Mr Moroney became a co-founder and Chairman of Flemington Pharmaceutical Corporation (now NovaDel Pharmaceuticals (AMEX:NVD)),a development-stage drug delivery company,where he served for 10 years in various capacities ,including CEO and President, and presided over the Company's initial public offering and follow-on financings.Mr. Moroney divested his holdings in NovaDel in 2003 with the completion of a financing with Paramount Capital.

Currently, Mr. Moroney is a Director and the President & CEO of Juvent,Inc.,a medical technology company positioned to become the leading provider of non-drug therapies for the prevention and treatment of bone loss associated with osteopenia,osteoporsis,and related diseases.Juvent's Dynamic Motion Therapy technology was acquired from Smith&Nephew in November 2003 when Mr.Moroney negotiated and participated in a management led buyout of the assets associated with this technology.

Prior to founding Landmark Mr, Moroney spent ten years in commercial banking with Citibank,United Jersey Bank,and Midlantic Bank,Mr.Moroney holds a B.S. and M.B.A. from Fordham University.

     Mark W. Blomquist, Esq., Executive Vice President and General Counsel, has served the Company since 1992. His previous commerical and investment experience includes positions held with Chase Manhattan Bank, Thomson McKinnon Securities, and Ladenburg, Thalmann & Co. He is a member of both the New York and Louisiana Bars, the CFA Institute, and the New York Society of Security Analysts. Mr. Blomquist holds a B.A. degree from SUNY at Albany, an M.B.A. (with honors) from St. John's University, and a J.D. from Tulane Law School.

     John R. Toedtman, Managing Director has over thirty-five years experience in investment banking, corporate finance, and operating technology companies. Prior to joining Landmark, Mr. Toedtman was the CEO of Albert, Inc., a developer and marketer of highly advanced search and information retrieval software, and the COO of InSage, Inc., a publicly-held multi-lingual web services provider. He has also held senior executive positions with a number of other companies, including Chairman, CEO Personnel Diagnostics, Inc., Image Engineering Labs, LLC., COO of Respiratory Management Technology, Inc., Chairman, CEO and Director of GenRx, Inc., a manufacturer of generic injectible drugs for the veterinary and human markets. Mr. Toedtman holds an A.B. in Economics from Georgetown University and has been on the Board of Directors of seven different public companies, including Vital Signs, Inc.,(NSDQ:VITL) the leading medical device manufacturer for anesthesia, respiratory/critical care and sleep/ventilation markets.
